HTD Canada wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and our Returns Policy is simple: If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any item *exception* (used popcorn machines cannot be returned for any reason, but any defect / damage will be rectified) within 30 days of receipt but will be subject to a 25% Restocking fee and will be responsible for all freight charges (to and from the customer).
Before returning your merchandise you must receive a RETURN #, you must request a return by contacting HTD Canada via email at info@htdcanada.
Please explain the damage or problem with the product in your email. All items must be returned in the mint condition, If your order arrives damaged please make a claim with Canada Post and notify us via email at: info@htdcanada.ca

**ANY ITEMS THAT ARE SHIPPED DO NOT INCLUDE ANY TAILGATES, INSIDE DELIVERIES OR APPONITMENT FEES. IF YOU REQUIRE ANY OF THESE SERVICES YOU MUST NOTIFY US AND PREPAY PRIOR TO ALL SHIPMENTS.
All our commercial equipment are final sale with no returns. If any part(s) are defective or damaged then we will send out replacement parts free of charge, during the warranty period Buyer accepts responsibility and not the seller (HTD Canada) for any and all machines(s) operation that may lead to personal injury, economic loss, social stress, death, other losses, costs and damages.
