Shipping and Returns

All orders will be shipped as one package only (some exceptions may apply). All delivery methods listed below will have an additional 1-7 days added to the shipping time to allow for packaging and pickup delays, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $299 (*LIMITED TIME ONLY - some conditions may apply)

*(some conditions may apply) some areas that are considered rural or overweight may not qualify for our free shipping offer and may be offered a credit towards the shipping total instead.

ANY ITEMS THAT QUALIFY FOR OUR FREE GROUND SHIPPING OFFER DO NOT INCLUDE ANY TAILGATES, INSIDE DELIVERIES OR APPONITMENT FEES. IF YOU REQUIRE ANY OF THESE SERVICES YOU MUST NOTIFY US AND PREPAY PRIOR TO ALL SHIPMENTS.

Buyer accepts responsibility and not the seller (HTD Canada) for any and all machine(s) operation that may lead to personal injury, economic loss, social distress, death, other losses costs and damages.

RETURNS

HTD Canada wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and our Returns Policy is simple: If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any item *exception* (any used commercial machines cannot be returned for any reason, but any defect / damage will be rectified) within 30 days of receipt but will be subject to a 25% Restocking fee and will be responsible for all freight charges (to and from the customer). Before returning your merchandise you must receive a RETURN #. Please fill RETURN FORM to get RETURN #. Please explain the damage or problem with the product in your email. All items must be returned in the mint condition, If your order arrives damaged please make a claim with Canada Post and notify us via email at info@htdcanada.ca.

CANADA POST EXPEDITED SHIPPING

HTD Canada offers Canada Post Expedited shipping within Canada. Shipments will be faster than standard Ground shipping, more reliable and trackable. Your shipping time is 1-7 days for urban areas and 2-14 days for rural areas (based on stock availability). Orders shipped by Expedited must be delivered to a secure location and may require a signature. If no one is available to accept the package then a card will be left by Canada Post informing you where you must pick up your package. The pick up location will be the closest Canada Postal outlet. *Please note that some items will be shipped using a Regular Freight Forwarder or Canpar.

CANADA POST XPRESSPOST SHIPPING

HTD Canada also offers Canada Post Xpresspost shipping within Canada. Shipments will be faster ground and Expedited shipping, more reliable and trackable. Your shipping time is 1-5 days for urban areas and 2-9 days for rural areas (based on stock availability). Orders shipped by Xpresspost must be delivered to a secure location and may require a signature. If no one is available to accept the package then a card will be left by Canada Post informing you where you must pick up your package. The pick up location will be the closest Canada Postal outlet. *Please note that some items will be shipped using a Regular Freight Forwarder or Canpar.

CANADA POST PRIORITY SHIPPING

HTD Canada also offers Canada Post Priority shipping within Canada. Shipments will be faster than all other services offered by Canada Post, more reliable and trackable. Your shipping time is 1-2 days for urban areas and 1-3 days for rural areas (based on stock availability). Orders shipped by Priority must be delivered to a secure location and may require a signature. If no one is available to accept the package then a card will be left by Canada Post informing you where you must pick up your package. The pick up location will be the closest Canada Postal outlet. *Please note that some items will be shipped using a Regular Freight Forwarder or Canpar.

WEIGHT BASED SHIPPING

HTD Canada offers alternative freight methods within Canada. Your shipping time is 1-7 days for urban areas and 2-14 days for rural areas (based on stock availability). Orders shipped by this method must be delivered to a secure location and may require a signature. *Please note that some items will be shipped using a Common Freight Forwarder or Canpar.
